The healing potentials of grief

Have you ever lost someone special to you? Have you ever experienced a major change in your job, moved to a new location, had a falling out with a friend, or had to face significant changes to the way things always went at church?

Each of those situations — and the many others like them — all have one thing in common:  Grief. Grief is our normal reaction to change. The more intense the change, the more intense the grief reaction will be. Yet, did you know that grief is actually a God-given emotional process that leads to healing our hurts and restoring our hope?

Join us on Thursday, February 1st at 1:30 PM as Pastor David Woolverton leads United Women in Faith in a discussion on the healing potentials of grief. We will meet in the social hall and have refreshments.
