Colleen Reiner

Colleen Reiner is our Children’s Ministry Assistant Director. She has been a member of Saint Paul’s Church for over 20 years and has volunteered in many areas of the Children’s Ministry before taking this position. She is a retired teacher after 37 years in Education. Colleen received her bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Elizabethtown College and a master’s degree in Counselor Education from Millersville University.  She is married to her husband Mike, and they have two adult children, Betsy and Emily.

Community Service is an integral part of Colleen’s nature. She has served in many capacities in our community and state.  Some highlights include Mill Road PTO president, Willowood Swim Team president and invitational director, Special Olympics swim coach, and coordinator of Family Math and Reading nights at Manheim Central School District.

Colleen was awarded Teacher of the Year in her district in 2015 and was a 2017 Pennsylvania Teacher of the Year finalist.  She currently sits on the board of directors for the Pennsylvania State Chapter of National Teacher of the Year organization.

Her goals are to grow our Children’s Ministry and establish as many intergenerational opportunities with members of our church as possible. Another goal is to form partnerships with community churches and organizations to spread our mission of out loving the world.
