My name is Carol Capp and I live in Mount Joy with my husband Mike and our dog Biscuit.  I am retired first from the restaurant world and more recently from a large poultry equipment supplier in 2020.  I have happily filled in at the office for vacations and ‘in – betweens’.   So, when an opening came up and I was asked if I would like to become a permanent staff member, I was happy to accept.

I am the part-time assistant to our Administrator and keep the books for Saint Paul’s.  I feel it is an honor to have been included with the group. It feels like family to come to work.

I have been fairly active at Saint Paul’s on the worship committee and am looking forward to another year on the Elizabethtown Fair Team.

I am a gardener and ambitious reader; I love to create and hand quilt silhouette quilts for my great nephews and nieces when they come into this world. 

My husband and I plan on doing some traveling in our retirement, but for now I am happy to help in anyway to keep Saint Paul’s thriving.
